Rick, I'm hoping the highest rate in the country, applied to my car only when it is "in service" will still be economically favorable to the way the Alabama policy works. Additionally, the Alabama policy will not cover my car if it's stolen or is burned up in a fire when the "comprehensive" coverage is suspended, it's basically uninsured during those timeframes.Michigan has the highest rates in the country.
