Personal Consumer Issues • Dental or medical tourism disappointments or near misses

I am not willing to go out of the U.S. for medical care. We scrimped and saved for many years and while it may be expensive, for now I'm willing to pay for U.S. based medical care, if/when needed. Maybe that's a waste of money, maybe not, but we would cut back in many other categories (if needed) before we'd seek medical care outside of the U.S.

Maybe the jokes on us though? We haven't needed much in terms of medical care but obviously that could change as we get older...
