My niece and nephew didn't go to college and both had dead-end jobs. My niece had some kind of certificate training that she did online. My nephew did online training for a line of work he was interested in but couldn't get hired. My niece got hired by a Fortune 500 company at a good salary and works from home. The sponsor of her training also had job placement services. My nephew took cues from her and managed to get a different job in the field he was in but it offers opportunity, and he works from home which is what he was after. Your brother could do it if he has the right training. It would be helpful to him if he contacts the companies he is looking to get into and asks if they team up with any colleges or companies to offer training that is pertinent to them.
