Finally my first real success with crock pot cooking, Mongolian Beef:

I give this recipe an "A" as-is. The sauce is fairly intense and should probably be toned down by reducing the amount of brown sugar and soy sauce a bit, making up the difference with water. Then the beef flavor could be more forward. But it was still very good over rice, with a vegetable on the side. I made double the recipe, with Choice flank steak from Costco, and the meat is very tender with no prep other than slicing, and no "icky bits" that you often get with some other beef cuts.
I made this last night. I cut down on the brown sugar and soy sauce as you recommended. It was excellent. Thank you. :sharebeer
