I would not use the non-governmental 457, especially in the 22% tax bracket. There is little deferral benefit at 22%, you don't need more deferral benefit because you are doing enough already, and the payout options are almost always inflexible and inconvenient.

I suggest going for the mega-backdoor if you have the liquidity you need in your taxable account
