If everything that you invested in is doing well, you have no diversification. I am not chasing return. I am glad that International is not doing well. It is doing its job in my portfolio.

I, personally, don't know whether international will outperform US over the next X years. And I invest so as not to care, expecting markets to be pretty efficient in the longer run. I can't invest in past returns. I'll do OK come what may
