I had another thread about this topic a couple of years ago. Learned a ton from it

It got locked and it took me a while to get my EV. Based on some of the advice in that thread I ended up canceling the Lucid and I got an MB instead.
Here what I need to know now that the time to install is right around the corner.
1. If I just install a 240 V outlet, but I later want to install a wall charger, are the specific things that I should tell the electrician that will make it easier to install the wall charger in the future? Most importantly, I'm interested in things that wouldn't be routinely done with just the 240 V install.
2. The last thread recommended buying a better receptacle than what most electricians use. Are there any updates on this? What's the best one to buy today keeping cost in mind.
3. Is there any income limit for the tax credit on the install.
4. If I do just decide to go with a hardwired charger, I'm thinking I'd go with the Tesla Universal Wall Connector. Anyone think there is somethin
g better than that.
5. How much should I expect this to cost? I'm installing this in a garage, but it will probably go on a wall that is about 25ft from the electrical box. If anyone happens to have any recs for installers in the Seattle area, that would be very helpful as well.
