Personal Consumer Issues • Paint unfinished garage interior?

- installed dark grey modutile on the floor. The tiles can come with me if I want when/if we move, and tiles can be replaced for a few bucks (I bought extra) when they get stained. Make sure you account for temperature expansion/contraction.
Curious. I have been considering these tiles after repairing a failing (spalling) concrete floor in a winter / snow climate (NJ). Do you (or anyone else) have experience with the Ribbed/Flow through type tiles in a snow climate?

I am thinking of patching the spalling locations with a vinyl patch and and then using a clear sealer those parts of the floor (after powerwashing) and putting the modutile style tiles down. Does that make sense? The garage floor has a partly failed epoxy coat (DIY) that is over 10 years old too. I don't want to remove that so just looking to patch/fix.

Maybe I don't care and just patch, seal and leave the appearance what it is :-)
