Should I take it out every 2 weeks when they deposit it when I'm paid until the end of the year? I think I'm only supposed to take it out if it's for an approved medical expense. Do I somehow have to claim that it's exempt from this for taxes?
No, you want to go through the custodian and request a return of excess contributions.
Should I call Fidelity ASAP and ask them when I should remove the funds or find out if they can change them to 2025 and wait till closer to the end of the year?

I haven't run into this problem before :confused
