FWIW, there is some disagreement over this:Credit score models look at utilization, which is the percentage of a credit line you are using. They look at it in the aggregate and per-card. Over 30% will cost you points on your credit score, but of course the points will return immediately once you pay it off.Out of curiosity, why not more than 30% of the limit?
