Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Write Check from Inheritance Account to Deposit Joint Account Ok?

Got it, and when you write a check that you deposit into your "joint" account. . .do you write anything special on it? (Ex: Gift? Purpose?)

I just electronically transfer from my Schwab Inheritance Account to our Schwab Trust Account or to our bank Checking Account via ACH.
