The reinvest date and the record date for the NJ long term muni fund is indeed 11/29/2024 but the payable date is 12/2/2024.Hi, I'm in the first few months now of having been transitioned to brokerage from mutual funds and I've been having a lot of difficulties. A new one just popped up today that hopefully you can advise me on. When I was in the mutual fund platform the dividends from my municipal bond funds would appear on the last business day of the month for example it would have been yesterday Friday November 29th 2024. And then they would be directed to my municipal money market on the same day. The municipal money market of course would simply be reinvested on that same last business day of the month. Today I checked the website and my municipal money market shows the dividend paid out yesterday November 29th and reinvested November 29th. But it shows absolutely no dividend for my New Jersey long-term Bond fund. Have they done something different or are my dividends lost somewhere in cyberspace?
If you re-direct the dividend payout to a different fund or to your settlement fund, then you typically receive it on the payable date, not on the reinvest date.
