Back when I had my implants installed at a teaching hospital, the cost for 3 abutments + 4-unit bridge (the crown) was ~$8,000. I can't remember the breakdown between abutment and crown.
My most recent crown (single unit) over a bicuspid tooth having undergone root-canal treatment had an allowed charge of $1,050.
