In 2025, total annual Medicare payment to MA plans is estimated to be $500 - $600 billion.
Wondering how much of that spending goes to ski vacations, ski eqpt, and the like.

I suspect a very tiny amount.

My understanding is that these types of extras are used to comply with medical loss ratio requirements. So I suspect that the more the Advantage provider is spending on such extras, the less they are spending on actual care. If so, then it is their enrollees who are being stiffed.
