Investing - Theory, News & General • Advice for a couple that now makes 400k+ a year, but comes from working class background?

Hi all,

My partner and I are finally done with graduate school and now have very lucrative jobs from what we are used to. Together we make about 400k a year and live in a very average CoL mid-sized city. However, both of us come from much poorer backgrounds, and are still learning what to do with all this money. I've been reading about the Boglehead philosophy for a few years, and I think I generally get the investment strategy, it is pretty simple after all!

I am wondering if there are books/resources for all the other niche finance topics that non-wealthy people wouldn't know about. Stuff like how to manage your taxes, how to protect your money, etc. Sometimes I'll see some "hack" about saving wealth and I just wonder how people learn about this stuff if they didn't come from money. We have financial advisors, but it would be great to read some of this ourselves too.

Thank you!
