I have another phone meeting early next year and I will ask again.
I have asked several times and he stated he would be there to answer questions buy ,sell additional investments and would not charge a fee. Asked how he gets pain again stated Vanguard provides a fee in that Fidelity is managing.
We discussed me transferring the entire Vanguard portfolio and when , if I want to rebalance ,have questions that he would be available . He has been with Fidelity over 20 years.
I have PAS now , in my opinion a waste of money .
Going to drop the service.
I know Vanguard has separated that division ,brought in new mgr from Fidelity ,after she was out for a year - why ?
Vanguard' s PAS is ,in my opinion ,not flexible or it's my advisor. Computer generated recommendation that I want to " tweek" not major changes, and was told that they can't do it .
Well I can do it without them.
