Could you provide a link to the notice you saw? Or perhaps copy & paste the proposal text?I saw a notice that the February 26, 2025 shareholder vote At Vanguard is to decide whether or not to ( I guess permanently) convert 17 mutual funds to their etf equivalent. Does anyone have any details about which funds and the reasons why they want to do this? I haven’t been able to find the details.
What funds do you own?
My shareholder vote information for a few funds (VTI, VBR, VIG) does not indicate anything about converting mutual funds to etf. But that's not surprising because the funds already have ETF share classes.
