The offer is confusingly written because it is also makes you aware of a website with a 10% discount for Chase customers. The discounts and rebates are independent.So my credit card offers all seem to have a stipulation that only using their affiliate link will trigger the cash back. I'm not sure they will stack. 25% off via Fidelity and $20 cash back Amex for example. If you purchase, and they stack, let us know....

My CCs have a $20 off $39 rebate for TT products. You can get the 20% affiliate discount off many bank/brokerage sites. Desktop Deluxe with State is $70 on the TT website, so 70$ - 20% - $20 is $36.
If you can find a bigger % promo, eg 30%, that would save another $7
