This is nothing new. My Medicare price for one of my meds is $49 at my "Preferred" pharmacy, $39 at the "in network but not preferred" pharmacy and $12 with a GoodRx card and NO insurance at a pharmacy that has none of my insurance information. I've checked and both of the pharmacies who do have my Medicare information tell me that they cannot accept GoodRx and no insurance. Since I'm insured, they have to charge me more as a co-pay than the GoodRx retail price.
