We saw a situation where one agent was managing two passengers at the same time, that was intense. He was rapidly barking orders to both at the same time and was hard to tell who he was telling to do what. The fancy kiosk with two passenger stations and one agent station likely cost over $50K from the looks of it, but I think the work load for the agent until replaced by a robot would be tough and they will need a lot of breaks. The TSA agent didn't have to touch anything on my last flights. I had to scan my ID and get my picture taken. Does that count as touchless? Yes, for the TSA agent.
