My spouse has 3 401ks out there that they missed out on rolling over last year for 3%.
If they were to roll them over theyd get a decent RH bonus, but it would mostly close the backdoor for the future (currently she does a back door Roth every year).
It'd be like 6k of bonus.
Worth it to close the backdoor? Any thoughts on how to figure?
(We're at very high marginal tax rate in a high state and local tax area so the likelihood of higher brackets in retirement seems low)
