I had Boa for years but left when they froze my main account.
In terms of usability Chase seems far more user friendly than BOA. Creating an autopay for a credit card on BOA requires using ebill and bill pay. Business cards will often have some dual corporate account. Chase is pretty straightforward. Chase also has good business cards bonuses and cash back options.
I don’t use Chase bank accounts consistently (other than occasionally churning for bonuses) because they don’t pay much interest and have minimum balances for fee avoidance.
