Another memmber asked that I repost this in a separate thread as a PSA.

It was origially in THIS thread about the Boglehhead site's search engine... that another member brought to light.

I happened to mention that Google's requiring of javascript NOW wasn't a coincidence. Javascript is used for granular digital fingerprinting, and Google is now in essence opening the floodgates to fingerprinting.

Google allows advertisers to fingerprint you for even better tracking

I'm just here as the messenger. If you don't mind targeted ads...and targeted PRICING (something the FTC has been looking at), and you don't care about privacy in general, then this means nothing to you. ;)
