I fly into Seatac International Terminal several times a year. Global Entry is your best bet but even without it, I've only seen the line exceedingly long a few times as they upgraded the terminal a few years ago. To be safe (assuming you don't have global entry), I recommend using the mobile passport app which lets you cut most of the line. My friend and flew back from Europe together and we got through at the same time with me using Global Entry and him using the app. Here is the link for more info.
