I'd like to know if anyone received the email for using the default claim.Question for those all that have received an email to choose payment format - Did your claim application use the default claim? Or did any of you that received the email send in details of actual payments % that were higher than the default claim?
I have no idea what I submitted. It was many years ago. I assume it was default, but I don't know.
