I had already selected low cost ER funds from whomever was providing the best value.
Where Vanguard was not a lowest cost provider, I was already using ishares and Schwab ETFs.
So for instance, VEA had it's ER lowered, too late I sold that years ago, for a TLH swap into low cost ishares eqivalent IDEV.
