Anyone know if the UC Care plan qualifies as a "Blue-Branded" Commercial Health Benefit Product for the purposes of the Blue Cross Blue Shield anti-trust settlement? It's administered by Anthem Blue Cross, and you keep seeing the blue cross symbol when logging in to view claims, etc., but I've yet to find a "blue brand" directly in the marketing for the plan.
