VBIL is live for purchase today. I sold my FZDXX at Fidelity and bought this instead. I have a tax deferred account at Fidelity, and use the account to hold my cash and short term fixed income that I plan on holding for over six months, instead of in my taxable account. I like that the fees are lower than for the SGOV ETF, and I think I will get a better return overall, regardless of interest rate fluctuations versus the lower yield money market funds that Fidelity offers, due to a lower expense fee charged, and the fact that Fidelity seems happy to give a noticeably lower return on its money market funds versus Vanguard's money market funds like VMRXX.
if you take a little more duration risk you can get an even lower fee with xhlf
