Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Are these Fed Source Dividends State Tax-Exempt?

I imported Vanguard 1099-DIV into Turbotax, but the software does not tell if any of the Fed source dividends are State-exempt (CA):

1. VUSXX - Vanguard Treasury Money Market Fund, it's 100% U.S. Treasury, so should be CA-exempt

2. Vanguard Settle Fund (Vanguard Federal Money Market Fund), the 1099 form made footnote "For the Vanguard settlement fund (9999100), the U.S government obligation percentage is 59.87%.". Is the dividend CA-exempt?

3. VUG - Vanguard Growth ETF, 1099 form specified Fed source is 0.72%

4. VXUS - Vanguard total intl stock ETF, 1099 form specified Fed source is 0.70%

5. VTIVX - Vanguard TGT Retirement 2045 fund, 1099 form specified Fed source is 8.33%

Thank you!
