I have never heard of them. Apparently they are listed on Nasdaq I guess it helps with regards to financial disclosures/audit however they are under the Cyprus Finance Authority, which has a reputation of the weakest/most lax in EU, I do not know whether this reputation is still warranted or not.What do you think about "Freedom Finance Europe" (Cyprus)?
They show their fees clearly and do not seem to push the CFD / Forex, they seem focused and the basics of brokerage. I see they mentioned among other currencies that they accept Russian rubles (pre sanctions I assume) so they would be used to accepting customers outside the big EU countries.
The best probably would be to split your investments between several brokerages, the few that can accept you from your mysterious European country!
