Is the 'dead pool' problem only associated with PlanG ? Any plan will eventually accumulate enough sick people to become a dead pool, isn't it?
G-HD plans are new and probably have more healthy participants currently, but I am sure over the years the health spectrum will change and there is no escape from that. Am I too pessimistic?
