I might also move out due to unavailability of CDs and/or not the best app experience (not sure if its html5 app vs. a well designed native app, which could improve their UI, so it could imply they don't want to invest in good User experience & their trading systems). Also no warning for wash sales (I thought I selected right ones to avoid it however even then got dinged by it, so would have expected them to track and warn before wash sale order got placed - guess other brokerages may not also have such advanced features).
And once they popped up some message that funds from sell won't be available for placing new orders until those were cleared (think 1-3 days wait time). If I recollect, think earlier they (and other brokerages) allowed using funds from sell events to place buy orders on same day.
Only thing I liked is their custom notifications for stock price alerts.
If you don't mind can you please share the headaches faced while moving out.Be afraid, be very afraid conducting any business with Wells Fargo. I just closed my account with Wells Fargo and moved all my holdings over to Schwab but NOT without major headaches and a huge run around.
