A deleted note is still visible (at least in Epic). The entire text is stricken, but you can still read it.Apologies, don't mean to hijack the thread --- I'm curious if something can be permanently deleted from a patient's chart/record in Epic? If it's deleted, is it simply hidden from the patient but still visible to care providers? (similar to what Big Tech does with deletion requests)
