Note necessarily high income. Just at 6 figures. I have been maxing out all my retirement spaces. I currently have 3% in cash but I keep a little more for my rental business. I've thrown about 30 grand in VTI buying the recent down price. I am just trying to beef up my taxable space now. I keep my cash in my taxable sweep or my HYSA.
