I recently added Wise as an external account to Vanguard, and pushed a substantial amount from Vanguard to Wise without any issue.
Adding the Wise account to Vanguard was no different than any other bank account, you put in the routing and account numbers and verify two deposits. ACH push from Vanguard to Wise happened in just 1 day.
