You could bypass it by 1) having a Roth IRA 2) setting a $1 Brokerage Account (I require at least 1 taxable account, for other purposes) 3) Making sure the withdrawals are all occurring in years beyond the Person's early withdrawal penalty.I thought this was the issue, I tried getting around this by using a Roth account but probably still need to dig a bit deeper on the details.
The short answer is, cFIREsim doesn't tax taxes out and FIREproof does.
