I have decided to start 401k. I'll consider adding more I just need to do some calculations for my income bracket I'm slow I have to take some time to do the math on all the factors and consider all tax considerations.
My overall savings rate I'd love to get that to 15%. My consideration is if I start my company's 401k would that mean even 12% is a good start or should it really be 15% not counting the 3% max?
