Has anyone actually said that it's not really priced in? I don't recall seeing that. Just people willing to pay the price because they think it's worth it.
For those who think US will outperform due to exceptionalism, better business environment etc, regardless of price levels, essentially as saying that ex US is overpriced comparatively - investors have nor realized all the factors that make it inferior.
I wonder if they all realize that's an implicit assumption of their belief?
