I've had 3 subarus with the same engine. I think 2010 is when they started using the multi-layered steel (MLS) head gaskets which is a good thing and they hold up much better. If you aren't getting a lot of oil seepage at the heads, then I'd go ahead and replace the timing belt. If you are getting a lot of oil seepage then I'd push it another 5-7K miles and make a decision then and see if the head gaskets should be replaced. I'd also shop a couple independent shops to see if you can find a subaru specialist and would use the AISIN brand kit.
I did it myself over a weekend but I am pretty familiar with working on cars and youtube helped out. Hardest parts were loosening the crank bolt and slipping on the new belt without damaging it.
