Called them and it was the biggest mistake. No quotes over the phone, a very hard sell, and can't get them to stop calling. Fortunately the phone has a caller block feature as does the email. No way to tell if they are still trying to reach us. Anderson said that they would only replace the window/frame and had a service we could hire to patch the drywall, exterior and paint for an additional fee. Way, way overpriced. In our case we ended up finding a local outfit who assembled a dual pane low-E window per our spec & size which we had delivered since we had several windows to do and installed it ourselves. It is work I was willing to farm but not at ridiculously high prices.
