Unless you want to answer a lot of detailed and intrusive questions, nobody here is going to be able to explain exactly what is going on or why. Based on what I know from a few instances of this happening, I'd recommend you get reports from ChexSystems and Early Warning Services--and maybe Lexis Nexus-- to see if there are any reported issues and then go open an account at a different bank and move your money before it is frozen.
