I'd not heard of Stevens before but I'd heard him on various records.
He was the guitar player for Billy Idol's White Wedding and Eyes Without A Face, (player and co-writer of Rebel Yell)
played on various albums - Michael Jackson (Bad), Rick Ocasek (This Side of Paradise).
Also co-composer of Top Gun Anthem (from the movie, won a grammy).
