I could see maybe setting it 95% to give you a little more time before dropping below 80%, but honestly I would not worry about it at all. You bought the device to be used, just use it! Yes you will wear out the battery over 3+ years, but they can be replaced for under $100 on most phones.

Baffling to me why anyone would set it to 80 or 85%. So instead of depleting your battery health to 80% over 3 years by just living normally, you want to live like you already have an old battery from day 1? Maybe in year 4 you'll still have 80% when the 100% charge guys have 75%? Doesn't seem worth it to me.

If you want to babysit battery health, I think it would be more productive to not let it get down below 10% very often and use a slow cable charge overnight to reduce battery heat vs wireless and fast charging.
