I’m age 66 and planning on waiting until age 70 and unlikely to change that decision because my pension covers most of my retirement expenses and at the same time I am doing some annual Roth conversions. In a way your article has reinforced my desire to wait and at the same time increased my understanding of why many may wish to start early.Author of the WSJ article here.
