I agree with Makefile. If your IRA currently has $70,000 in it, you will rollover $64,500 to your 401(k). You can then convert the rest tax-free (completing the backdoor Roth).

I would advise when you talk to your 401(k) custodian that you do not mention any of the details. Do the arithmetic yourself, ask your 401(k) custodian where Schwab should send the rollover check, then request Schwab send the check for the $64,500. You only need to tell your custodian that you would like to rollover your IRA to the plan, and when they ask if it contains any after tax amounts, you say no. They may ask where the money came from, you can tell them you rolled it over from your Fidelity 401(k) 10 years ago.
