Was your tax liability using HR Block software much different from using the downloaded IRS form?I think I will switch to turbo tax this year after a decade on hr block. I got super annoyed at the hr block customer service last year. In the past when I had an issue I would report the issue and customer service would examine it and get back to me. Last year, tech support immediately claim that I was just doing it wrong. When I complain that the form was different than the irs download form I was told that the irs form was wrong. When I tried to escalate they said they won’t because it was not a problem. I end up using paper to get around the issue.
