Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Which dermatology employment offer would you take (and why)?

I'm a dermatology resident currently recruiting for jobs. I’m deciding between three offers and would really appreciate some outside perspective. Trying to weigh income potential vs lifestyle and burnout risk.

Offer 1:
Base (Year 1): $425K
Signing Bonus: $50K
$/RVU: $65
Schedule: 4 days/week
Vacation: 6 weeks
Support: 2 MAs
Call: 1 week home call per year (reportedly ~1–3 calls/day)
Commute: 15 minutes

Offer 2:
Base (Year 1): $490K
Signing Bonus: $50K
Relocation: $12K
$/RVU: $63
Schedule: 4.5 days/week
Vacation: 8.5 weeks
Support: 1 MA
Call: None
Commute: 15 minutes

Offer 3:
Base: $550K
% of collections: 50%
Schedule: 4 days/week
Vacation: 6 weeks
Support: 3 MAs + 1 scribe
Call: None
Commute: 30 minutes

Curious how others would rank these in terms of:
Long-term earning potential
Work-life balance
Sustainability (staffing, admin load, etc.)
Lots of great comments above.
Consider talking to 1-2 dermatologist who’ll be your future colleagues at the three practices. Perhaps a young colleague who’s 2-3 years new, and a mid-career colleague.
