She set up autopay to pay the card from her Chase account, simply by entering her Chase routing and account numbers etc on the Elan Fidelity Rewards site. Is that ok? Almost seems too easy but again we're assuming that Chase checks the accounts are both owned by the same person. We don't want her to miss a payment.
You can make a manual payment of $1.00 to the credit card account using the Chase account information from the auto-pay setup.
If it is successful you are in good shape for auto-pay.
Good idea, I'll let DW know to try a manual payment well before the due date.
