I’m planning to buy 5 years for about 230,000 but will likely take a partial lump sum to offset the outlay. I plan to work after but am waiting to see how the job market and my prospects are when the time comes. I don’t plan to buy early to keep my options open. I don’t need to give any more money to the pension system.
