General area is Tampa Bay, FLThis sounds absolutely amazing - I especially love that you can get around by walking/bike. Would you mind sharing the general area?I am a ten minute walk from a very vibrant small downtown community (a known "arts enclave"), with great music, art, restaurants, coffee, ice cream, brewpub, places where I can play music, street scene, etc.
I ride my bike on a bike trail to some of the most beautiful beaches in the USA (20 mins. by bike), and also to a great major city scene (30 mins.). I rarely have to drive.
